SDExploer and icon program

Hi still trying to load SDExplorer on my computer i have download the program but when i try to open it my computer blocks it,i have try to load the icons program to see if it would get me through the anti virus firewall i have read the comments about the program but can not find the download.Hope this makes sense.Bill
