Re Style Tempo

Is there a function that wil automatically select or suggest a style tempo when change styles at the moment when I change a style it uses the same tempo as the previous style not change it to what would be appropriate for that style?

admin United Kingdom Total Posts: 1055 Joined: February 2, 2014	Re: Re Style Tempo Hi, If you're referring to the Styles built in to your keyboard then you can use the Music Style Arranger to do that. If you're referring to the Y1 Series Styles downloaded from here, you can't load them with a suggested tempo. This is because I've only included the Composer file and the reason for that is that people were finding it too complicated to transfer the files to their keyboards. Also, if I had included additional files to set the tempo the files would take much longer to load. So, on the download page you will also find a PDF list of the Styles that you can print in order to see the suggested tempos (or use the list on the page). Also, as we're converting files from another manufacturer, we can't convert the Panel Memories to have appropriate Sounds, so, you need to set up somehing that works for you in Panel Memories. Once you have set a tempo and Panel Memories for a particular Style, you can either save it back to disk or you can make it into a Custom Style. I would suggest that you make groups of Custom Styles and save those to disk. They load much more quickly and they will include the tempo and other settings. What I'm hoping is that many Members will provide feedback on the Styles Series Y1 and we can all use it as a learning process about Styles, Sounds and other methods. It is a little taster, to whet everyone's appetite and all learn some new things. Our next Style Series is truly amazing! It will include tempos and a whole lot more. I actually couldn't sleep last night because I couldn't stop playing music with this new collection and I hope to get it out to you soon! Posted on January 18, 2015 at 12:05 PM
