This is more about a sound than about my KN7000 but couldn't think of a better place to post.

Re: Tracing origins of a Technics sound?Hi Tony, I think I know the sound you are talking about, I will look through the basic default memory sounds in all the KN models to start with to see if it crops up then go from there. I am on the case (The Ferret is at it !!)

Re: Tracing origins of a Technics sound?Hi Tony, I know it has taken a while but I have been looking for the sound "Mellow Horns", the only one I could find is in the WSA1. Which you have not listed as something you have owned. The nearest is on the AC1200 as voice Mellow Brass that is voice 50 variation. The only other thing could be you have found the sound in any software you have used ? The voice data on the WSA1 is not compatible to any of the KN range although they share the same basic sound engine. As I say I think the nearest is in your AC1200.
