Hi Olivier, I have attached a copy of the owners manual. Unfortunately, the only copy I have is in English, the original book was produced in 3 or 4 languages in the one book. I hope this one helps. and if you have any questions please contact us and we will do our best to help.

PS. the L on the model no denotes the style of cabernet the operation is the same
