Style Disks for SX-FA1

Good Day, I was hoping to find a free style disk just to see how they work. Does anyone have a link to one by chance? I will help me decide on whether or not it makes sense to purchase some. Thank you in advance, Ken

Re: Style Disks for SX-FA1

Hi Ken,If you check on the site for GA1/3 you will find these files should load into the FA1 as it is the full keyboard version of the GA series, when downloading the styles make sure you take each folder and open it before you transfer the contents to a floppy. This is required as the Technics system cannot accept a folder on a floppy disk only the style files unwrapped. Hope this helps.

Hi John,

Forgive my ignorance. I tried to find any manual or directions on using the style disks. Do you happen to know of a manual that will tell me how to use them?

Thanks again,

Ken

Re: Style Disks for SX-FA1

Hi Ken, Now we have Easter out of the way, I will draw up a quick guide on how to use these styles in your instrument over the next few days so please bear with me. I will start with the Yamaha styles. The FA uses much of the same operating system as the KN2000 Keyboard in the areas of composer and voice editing , this is an area I hope to be able cover for organ members later in the year with guides to help you all to get more from the great instruments potential.
Regards John.

Hi John,

I have been away a lot on travel for a while and haven't had time to work on the style disks. I was wondering if you ever had the opportunity to put together the docs for the SX-FA1 Organ.

Thank you!

Ken
